for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.

Our God guides us and leads us not only by His instructions in the bible but also by working in us by His Holy Spirit. When we make it the aim of our lives to be well pleasing to God, He places desires and dreams in our hearts to bring Him pleasure. Like a baby that is conceived in a mother's womb, so it is with a dream. The Lord does a miraculous work in us by planting a seed of His Divine Dream in our spirit. Over a period of time it takes shape and is formed in the wombs of our hearts. The the season comes when we need to push and give birth to it. Sometimes those desires are very simple and easy to carry out and yet sometimes it can be very overwhelming. Nevertheless, the Lord builds in us the capacity to nurture the infant dream to maturity.

Hebrews 11:6 says that "without faith it is impossible to please God for he who comes to God must believe that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." I know that wherever the Lord guides, He provides. I have given birth to several dreams that God has placed in my heart, now I must nurture it in it's infancy. I realize that to give birth to a dream is one thing but nurturing it to maturity is another. Today I am excited to carryout my assignments as being a steward of God's Dream. I desire to be a great husband, father and grandfather. I also desire to be a great pastor to Destiny Christian Church. With my God, all things are possible and through Him I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Lord my desire is to please you in all that I do. Lead me and guide me today with your wisdom and your Holy Spirit. I love you Lord and I thank you for your favor upon my life. Help me to carryout my Divine Assignments by your Divine power.
